Whether you choose a universal-fit design with a personalized appearance or a custom-molded CIEM made from your own ear impressions, each piece is created to feel uniquely yours — not only as an earphone, but as a personal object of sound.
Customize The Basic Rules
Custom earphones use the original headphone units and housings to avoid affecting sound performance.
The logo defaults to 'kinera + product name', but it can also be chosen to have no text on the logo.
Fully transparent Bluetooth earphones cannot be customized for private molds because the charging case dimensions do not match.
Customizable Models
Headset models that support customization include: Idun, Freya, Norn, Skuld, Baldr private mold is only available for resin printing).

For listeners who prefer Kinera’s standard universal shell, with a personalized visual design. No ear impressions are required.
Customize elements such as shell color, faceplate style, artwork reference, logo, initials, or other visual details.

Custom Mold CIEM
For listeners who want an in-ear monitor shaped specifically to their ears. This option requires professional ear impressions and is designed for secure fit, long-session comfort, and improved passive isolation.

Production time: Consultation required — begins after design, payment, and ear impressions are confirmed.
Lettering Customization

Service Content: The Customer Puts Forward The Idea Of Customization, The Painter Issues The First Edition Of Cover Plate Design, And Starts The Production After Confirmation.
Drawing Requirements: The Image Size Is Not Less Than 5cm×5 Cm, And The Resolution Is Not Less Than 300 Dpi (fine Pattern Adjustment May Lose Fine Section); It Is Necessary To Legally Obtain The Right To Use The Artwork, Logo, Text And Other Contents, And Declare Compliance.

How to Purchase Your Kinera Custom IEM
Custom Order Notes
1. The estimated delivery time for custom orders may vary depending on the selected model, design complexity, production schedule, and shipping arrangement.
2. Once a custom order has entered production, cancellation or refund is generally not accepted unless there is a confirmed manufacturing issue.
3. Delivered custom products are generally not eligible for return or exchange. Please confirm all model, design, and fit details with Kinera before production begins.
4. For Custom Mold CIEM orders, professional ear impressions are required. Please do not ship impressions before receiving confirmation from Kinera.
5. Artwork, logos, and reference images must be legally provided by the customer. Kinera may adjust layout, color, or detail to ensure production quality.
