Kinera Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak sales periods, promotional events, or due to security verification checks. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with leading international carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery, including:

  • DHL Express
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • SF Express (for select Asian destinations)

The final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

Important: All estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and are provided as guidelines only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, postal strikes, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Free Shipping Thresholds

To reward our customers, we offer free shipping on qualifying orders based on the following tiered structure:

Global (US, Europe, Australia, Canada, etc.) $299 Free shipping applied automatically at checkout. Taxes and duties may still apply upon import and are the customer's responsibility.
Premium Tier (All regions) $500 Automatically qualifies for free shipping to any destination worldwide. This is our exclusive benefit for customers purchasing high-value products.

Important Notes:

  • Free shipping thresholds are calculated based on the subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
  • If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping cost will be automatically deducted at checkout.
  • For Southeast Asian customers, we reserve the right to adjust the threshold for specific countries based on local logistics costs. Any adjustments will be clearly communicated on this page.

5. Taxes, Duties & Customs

Import taxes, customs duties, and other surcharges vary by destination country.

  • For all orders, any taxes or duties imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price, unless otherwise stated.
  • We recommend that you check with your local customs office for an estimate of any potential charges before placing your order.

Important Notes:

  • If you refuse to pay applicable duties or taxes, we reserve the right to deduct the round-trip shipping costs from your refund before processing it.
  • Customs charges, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Box Addresses: We do not accept PO Box addresses for any shipping method.
  • Remote Areas: For certain remote locations, an additional surcharge may apply. If your address is considered remote, we will contact you regarding the additional fee. If we are unable to find a suitable carrier to avoid the fee, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
  • Address Length: Address lines should be within 30–40 characters.
  • APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We are currently unable to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
  • Country Availability: We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear in the shipping options at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website using the provided tracking information.

If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe and suspect it may be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@kineraaudio.com.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost in Transit: Lost-in-transit requests must be submitted within 2 months from the shipping date, or before the courier archives the tracking information, whichever comes first.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Delays: Kinera is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier strikes, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

10. Signature Requirement

To protect your purchase, a signature may be required upon delivery for certain high-value orders, particularly headphones and IEMs. If you wish to waive the signature requirement, please contact us before shipment. However, by doing so, you assume all risk for loss or damage after delivery.

11. Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except in cases where Kinera is at fault, such as when we shipped the wrong item.
